Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them or before they are dispatched, whichever is earlier.
- To cancel your order, please email us at hello@pepperly.in with your order details.
- Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed only for orders cancelled before dispatch or in case of defective/damaged goods.
- If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 working days.
Non-Refundable Items
- Products opened or used are not eligible for return or refund.
- Perishable goods such as spices once opened are non-returnable unless defective/damaged upon arrival.
